I spent yesterdays solstice in the best way. I had my first voice lesson that I am trading weekly yoga classes. Next I taught a class downtown to a lovely group and then headed to Wreck Beach. This beach is the best place to go on a celebratory day like Summer Solstice. Bongos, guitars and clarinets (I also saw a violin) jam in the afternoon sun. Hula hoopers and stick twirlers keep your eyes entertained. And the ocean water is warm and welcoming in it’s shallow depth. I biked home the mostly downhill path not getting home until 10pm. gosh what a lovely photo. These past few days were just bliss in SF, the weather has turned cold again but the beautiful days just made me so happy!
