Of course I went to Hennes & Mauritz (a.k.a as H&M was billed on my credit card). Now that we have one in Canada it’s not so exciting to visit one abroad. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone downhill since my first New York City H&M shopping trip in 2006. That being said, I still bought the skirt from the last post, a dress and shorts all with pockets.

H&M is so hit or miss. I’ll go months and hate everything, but every now and then I find something amazing. I have a denim dress that I think might be my favorite article of clothing, and it’s from there, and I worry that what if I hadn’t bought it! I wouldn’t even know what I was missing!

I really like the dress you got. I agree, price have gone up and quality down since my first NYC visit to H&M. That was New Years 2004/2005. I loved that place when I first went! I got so much loot for such little amount of money. Now, eh. I have a sweater I love and wear multiple times a week, but for $38 I BETTER wear it multiple times a week, you know?

for some reason I only buy things in h&m when they’re on sale, their things aren’t that great quality wise
