Weight Loss Wednesdays Post #3

Last week I did 2 biking sessions and about 10 hours of yoga and ate much better than the week before so I know I’m on the right track.  No I still haven’t seen results but this does not worry me, not today anyways.  It’s important to remember that big changes take time.  Maybe if I could work out twice as much and eat half as much I’d see very quick results but I can’t quite find THAT much motivation.  This next week I’ll do even better, I’ve just got to get more uber-healthy groceries.

Do you beat yourself up when you underachieve?

    Healthy groceries are key – you will always eat what is in front of you, so make sure it’s good!

    I guess I beat myself up when I underachieve – I think it comes down to me having been an ambitious A-student at school. I am definitely no longer a perfectionist, but some habits die hard! I am currently unhappy with my writing project; it is just not going anywhere and I am getting frustrated. But oh well. I do believe that true motivation is tough to find at times, but also that eventually we will get to where we are going. 🙂
