Day 2
I think I lost the cuteness in this outfit, not that I mind. I went for a different vibe/color pallet as wearing my floral aline skirt and pink bow felt too literal. I really liked how Alleaso wore a black top under the sheer lace blouse for an extra texture effect, her bow matching the skirt, the studded belt and open low vest.

In reality the bow was taken off before I left the house, the drape of the top was too pretty to hide.

What a great idea, I have so many pictures saved from WR, maybe it’s time to be creative!! You are darling in that outfit!

I like that this isn’t a literal interpretation. The change in length and color makes it interesting on it’s own. I especially love that studded belt.

Cool idea; nice interpretation.

This is super funky! So textural and kinda hot without being provocative. I love it!

Look at you mixing your patterns! I’m going to have to take some style inspiration from your “inspired by” outfit!

Great example of layering, and what a cool belt. I love the idea of wardrobe challenges, but I’m not great at planning ahead, and I literally allow myself 15 minutes to go from sleeping to fully dressed and made up in the morning! I’d love to know how long most fashion bloggers take…

you are both terribly cute, I think! I love the mix of pattern lace and studs.

If I Ever feel better is truly my favorite song Ever and has held on to the #1 most played song in my library for years!!! Had to mention that.

I like your interpretation of her outfit! I’m a bit confused about the contest rules though – are our outfits supposed to be inspired by the same Wardrobe Remix images you choose, or by any outfits in Wardrobe Remix?
February 3rd, 2010 7:13 am
oops! any wardrobe remixer!

Great interpretation of the outfit! I agree, the neckline of the top is too pretty to hide; you were right to remove the bow, even though it’s cute too.
