It wouldn’t be a New Year with some new post series for Style Symmetry! First up, I decided there aren’t enough hot men on this blog so I give you the Eye Candy series. There are many delicious men out there, but I’m going to start with the most universal and (finally) Peoples Sexiest Man Alive Johnny Depp!

Eyeline photo taking makes for wet feet

I received a couple requests to do a makeup post for this look.
I luckily did take more detailed photos the same day, so here’s all the info.
My make up routine was as follows.
Clinique Base: I applied Quick Corrector in 01 light under my eyes and on my nose, Foundation was Supermoisture Makeup in 03 Fair and dusted Matte Sheer Pressed Powder in 01 Stay Buff with the compact puff for fuller coverage.
Fun Stuff: The entire lid and up to the brow bone I applied Maybelline’s Seashell #50 (soft pink). Next I lined Mineraleyez Copper Jewel Glitter with an eyeliner brush above and below my eyes and then feathered out to the sides. For lipstick I used 200 Nude Glow Wet Shine by Cover Girl. But after for the above outfit I added Heather Moon Lipstick by Clinique for more drama. Finished it all off with Cliniques Lash Doubling mascara in Black on top lashes, separated with a eyelash brush and clear Cover Girl mascara on the bottom lashes.

So the song lyric really doesn’t match up with the post, and it’s such a good one that I should probably save it but I didn’t want to wait to share this beautiful song from Emm Gryner that I just found a video for.
I’ve replaced the beige boots with my red ballet flats for the last three days. They are also impractical for the weather so I wear the red boots outside and then change into my flats. Another dark sky, gosh Vancouver has been gloomy and the gloomier it is the more colorful I get. It’s my way of keeping the balance.
