Today is my Birthday and my hubby let me where his crown. 
Since I was sick I didn’t get to go ahead with my birthday party as planned so….. it is rescheduled.

Happy Birthday!
Oh yes, I’ve had many a sick birthday so I feel for you. My 5th birthday was spent at the hospital because I had a really bad asthma attack. I had a cold for at least three of my birthdays. It doesn’t help my birthday is during prime cold & flu season at school (January 31). Thankfully, my birthday is on a Sunday this year meaning no school on my b-day, ha ha ha! I probably will have school on my mom’s birthday though (January 21).
Have you tried taking Vitamin C and Zinc vitamin supplements? I increase my Vit. C dosage and take a Zinc when I start feeling ill. Those things cut my colds in half and I’m the person who gets three-week-long colds with high fevers and Mount Kleenex. Ironically, I haven’t gotten sick much these past three or four years. Okay, I admit, I had one case of laryngitis, a few small colds, and a stomach flu which lasted all of 24 hours. It’s a breakthrough, trust me. It seems all these years of taking supplements and being sick constantly as a kid are finally paying off.
