Last night we had a birthday party/bon voyage for a trio of friends headed to India, I am slightly worse for wear this morning…. I realize now that white wine is turning my Sundays into recovery days – and I am just too busy to waste time sitting around! I won’t drink vodka either, we had a bad romance. The man took the photos below just now – what a gorgeous sunny day. I wore this to the party last night, only one feather earring.

I wont drink beer, for no reason other than not liking the taste. I’ve been fortunate enough to not have any unpleasant situations to make me swear off a particular kind of alcohol. Hopefully it will stay that way!
Love the skirt and the belt. Skirts with pockets are awesome and a wide stretch belt with leather — such a great find!

As for the alcohol I avoid drinking: I avoid many alcohols. I am super picky. I hate the taste of all wine, beer, and whiskey. Just a little sip has me making an involuntary face. This makes art parties (where the staples are Pabst and wines) very difficult to imbibe at.

Oh, Eyeliah, you just look fantastic in this ensemble! The proportions are RIGHT ON (hello bodaciousness!), and I love the mix of prints.
I just avoid types of alcohol I don’t like (gin, whiskey, scotch… basically old man liquor), and get the most expensive brands I can afford (hard on my wallet, light on my hangover!).
P.S. I totally blanked in your survey about who my style icons are, and afterwards was telling such to my g/f who reminded me that I just adore Zooey Deschanel’s style! She’s just adorable.

I avoid White Wine too. It makes me grumpy!
I’m ok with vodka though, phew!
Anyway, recovering is what Sundays are made for, that’s why there’s such awful TV on (in the UK anyways!)

Those boots are kick ass!! You look great for a ‘recovery day.’ Weirdly enough, my cryptonite is beer, and it happens so rarely that I’m hung over, but when I am, it’s always beer??? why?!

I avoid all alcohol, not because I’m underage here in America (I am until January 31) but because I get tipsy off one tablespoon of red one, drunk drunk after one adult dose of low-alcohol Nyquil.
