Remember back in October I posted about 65_RedRoses? Well a one hour edit it is going to be broadcast on the CBC’s The Passionate Eye tonight at 7pm and 10pm PST. The story follows Eva Markvoort, a young woman with Cystic Fibrosis while she is waiting for a double lung transplant. The film did exceptionally well picking up three awards at the Vancouver International Film Festival including The Women in Film & Television Vancouver Artistic Merit Award, The VIFF Most Popular Canadian Film Award and the National Film Board’s Most Popular Canadian Documentary Award. Yes I have talented friends, watch 65_RedRoses tonight!
