On Monday I took my friend to True Value Vintage in search of vintage wallets and indie jewelry. I’ve spoken about this store a few times, my kick ass boots are from there, so was my Cyndi Lauper dress and Red Disco Dress. (And there was that on time I complained about the price of their scarves -whoops). And now Jenn and I have our friendship necklaces from there.

There are so many racks of great vintage dresses separated by era, fabric and color. If that white party dress was my size….

Sadly this mint cotton dress for only $20 was too much too big. The flower I wish I had a dress up event coming up to get it for, it’s so pretty. $24 and can be clipped or pinned.

What I Wore: This skirt can brighten anyones day, I mean it is neon! After shopping around downtown, I let Jenn take me for lunch.

That place looks fabulous! wow look at that flower, I am currently on the hunt for a flower hair piece that is not too dress up but still has some drama but not too expensive, the hunt is hard!

Yes I agree, that feather “flower” looks incredible on you. Personally, you should buy it and set it aside for “someday”. On me, it would look like a raven crashed into my head – but on you it is amazing!
