Further to this post, I filed the paypal complaint – and now the seller responded within the hour – yeah. They are sending me a replacement that is of higher quality, so we shall see if that cures my ails. 🙂
I hate to leave negative feedback because then the seller has the option to leave retaliatory negative feedback. I went through this sellers feedback history and they left negative feedback with almost every buyer who complained. I only buy from sellers with 99.5% and higher positive feedback and they are often exceptionally wonderful to deal with. Any lesser percentage and I can’t expect greatness.
