cute! Have a lovely st. pat’s. I do enjoy seeing the sources and prices of your duds. I always write where my stuff came from because one of my biggest beliefs about style is that you don’t have to spend a ton of money or shop in designer sections to look great.

hi Kimberlie, Got it in 2003 at a consignment store that also brings new items from Hong Kong. This was from Hong Kong, its see-thru so the black part you see is from my skirt. It has no stretch to, fits snug with a half zipper on the back. $25
