I day dream about this dress because I’ve only worn it this once, to Madeline’s Going Away Party (Have Fun!!). And yes, I styled my hair before I left dad – lol. I actually put this outfit together 4ever ago, I was saving it I suppose. I am wearing the brown slip underneath (not visible in photo) and I added grey tights (brrr).

I am overly in awe by this Dreamy Dresser from NYC. Kokopuff defines her look in cozy textures, a creamy color palette and the occasional punch of brights (like her orange Tretorn rainboots)! I definitely don’t have her budget for Mui Mui, YSL & Dior but here is my kokopuff outfit! I didn’t change the look as I had all the elements for this outfit.
It really needs to be altered to feel like me, at this point I don’t think I would wear the outfit. I’ll work on a revamp that is more Inspiration than Imitation. What do you think?

I only have one pair of skinny jeans and I find that of course with any good thing, one is not enough! So I went to Denim Heaven,(not the real name of the store but literally an angelic lit up wall covered in denim)! All brands, styles and washes – anything you could imagine priced from $40-120. The salesgirl was very helpful and the fitting rooms had ample space and good lighting but that doesn’t matter if the jeans don’t fit. In my Friday lunch hour I tried on 14 pairs of skinny jeans but had to leave empty handed. 
Each pair was either too loose in the waist, overly stretchy or way too low on the hips. The next day I headed to my trusty thrift store and got these amazing and brand new black skinnies for $13. I <3 shopping karma!
